Jarcelet Harris is a Financial Counselor for United Way’s Financial Stability pillar. She works as part of the impact team to provide direct services to clients who are seeking guidance for financial challenges. Jarcelet has worked in the non-profit sector for 18 years. Prior to joining United Way in December of 2019, she helped facilitate United Way’s VITA Super Saturdays as the program coordinator at the Highland Center in Shreveport.
She feels that helping others is her purpose and considers service to be more of a ministry than a job. She loves to travel and spending time with family and friends.
