Shreveport-Bossier City is one of 14 cities nationwide selected to participate in the 14th annual Navy Week outreach program. During the week of October 29, about 60 servicemen and women will sail to northwest Louisiana for an array of events. The Navy will have musical performances, visits with local veterans and schools as well as serve our community with projects at nonprofits coordinated by United Way of Northwest Louisiana.
