Kagnee Veitch

Kagnee Veitch is the Director of Operations for the Webster, Bienville, Claiborne Center and is responsible for contributing to the achievement of United Way of Northwest Louisiana’s mission and vision. She ensures effective organizational operations by providing leadership for administrative services, which includes procurement and vendor management, facilities management, tenant management, activity management and office services function. Additionally, Kagnee serves as a spokesperson and helps to coordinate activities and special events throughout the year for Webster, Bienville, and Claiborne parishes.

Kagnee grew up in a very small town in central Louisiana. Throughout her childhood she witnessed the effects of alcoholism, drug abuse, domestic violence, and gambling addictions. Unfortunately, her town did not offer access to the services her family needed. She understands the importance of getting those services to the rural parishes. She works very closely with area nonprofits to ensure everyone has access to the services they need.

Kagnee serves as Vice President of the Young Women’s Service Club and 1st Vice President of the Minden Evening Lions Club. She is also a board member for Cultural Crossroads, the Louisiana Lions Eye Foundation, the City of Minden Consortium, and the Minden-South Webster Chamber of Commerce.  She is a member of the Louisiana Breastfeeding Coalition and serves as a Smile Leader for the Cleft Lip and Palate Foundation of Smiles. Her most difficult yet rewarding volunteer experience has been serving as a Tee Ball coach for the Department of Recreation in Minden. Honors include the “15 under 40” award for young professionals by the Minden South Webster Chamber of Commerce, Lions Award of Excellence, and Lion of the Year.

Kagnee is married to Jason, owner of Anti Pest and Veitch, and they reside in Sibley with their two children. Their daughter Kaigan is 7 years old and their son Decklyn is 4. Kagnee’s hobbies include family campouts, picnics at the park, and adventures with her husband.
